Songe d'Un Bois d'Ete was launched by the house of Guerlain and perfumer Thierry Wasser in 2012 as a part of their Les Deserts d'Orient Collection, later renamed A La Recontre de L'Orient, or simply, L'Orient. This collection was one of Guerlain's more exclusive lines, originally only distributed in the United Arab Emirates. Songe d'Un Bois d'Ete has an aromatic profile of warm spicy, oud, woody, amber, fresh spicy, aromatic, patchouli, balsamic, and metallic notes. This fragrance is now sadly discontinued and extremely rare.
