Items are processed and shipped within 1 week unless otherwise noted. You may select UPS, USPS, or FedEx shipping services at check out.

Orders over $75 will be eligible for free shipping via USPS Ground, if you would like to use an alternative service please ensure to select it at check out as we are unable to change the service once we have received your order.

Please note that once your order is handed off to the shipping company, Fragrance Vault no longer has control over your package. We can assist you in contacting the proper parties, but in most cases, resolutions will be between the customer and the shipping service. In the event of a lost package, filing a claim takes about 4 weeks. Fragrance Vault cannot reship the item to you during this time.
