Charles Blair by Charles Blair is a Woody Mossy fragrance possibly first launched in 1934-5. It became popular with American tourists to France in the 1950s, and was released in America in 1962. Charles Blair was offered in a perfume and bath essence oil, and in 1979 a version called Le Parfum was issued in eau de toilette and eau de parfum.

From an October 1962 article from the New York Times: "...Another French perfume that is making its American debut is Charles Blair, an exotic blend of woody-mossy tones and East Indian sandalwood. This fragrance, which has been discovered by American tourists abroad, first came into being in 1934."
