Shiseido ZEN original vintage 1980s perfume spray

Zen by Shiseido is a feminine Chypre fragrance for women created by perfumer Josephine Catapano and released in 1964. This fragrance has an aromatic profile of floral, green powdery, woody, earthy, mossy, yellow floral, aromatic, white floral, and iris. 

Top Notes

 Hyacinth, Galbanum, Orange Blossom, Bergamot

Orris Root, Carnation, Narcissus, Jasmine, Mimosa, Violet, Rose

Base Notes

Oakmoss, Sandalwood, Cedar, Musk, Amber

Offered is one rare, vintage new, unboxed 7ml/0.25oz refillable spray bottle of Zen perfume. This came from an estate where the rest of the Zen products were from the 1980s, so this is likely the same age. This is an authentic perfect and vintage version of the original formula, imported from Japan.  It is a natural spray that dribbles a little when sprayed, but smells DIVINE.  I sprayed a minute amount out in 04/2024 to test the spray mechanism and for freshness. It feels like there is some evaporation. THE PRICE REFLECTS THIS. Just one drop the size of a pin head scented my hand for an entire evening!
