Iris Poulsad by Bavarian artisanal luxury perfume house Danner & Flemming is a captivating, highly complex fragrance with fruity-spicy brilliance– revealing the unseen facets of Iris. A concentration of Iris (Orris) oil comprises an astounding 4.1% of the composition.

“Iris Poulsard boasts a 26-fold increased concentration of Iris bitter and extract compared to standard Iris concentrations of around 0.1%. Such high Iris concentrations are unique in the world of fragrances and our perfumes are therefore only available in naturally limited quantities. Our Bavarian Iris pallida exudes fresh, slightly green, powdery notes with gently mineral, warm and soft undertones. concentration if perfumenouls in solution is 20%.

“Poulsard” is a very rare, old and autochthonous red grape variety from the French Jura, from which light, fruity-tart wines of high complexity are pressed..”
